When you create your account on Commiss.io, you have the ability to begin creating listings and directing your clients to the platform immediately.

What you get on Commiss.io

  • A single location to manage your incoming and active commission requests and digital downloads.

  • Powerful analytics tools to find out what's driving customers to your content.

  • Seller and buyer protection and dedicated dispute resolution.

  • Project management tools and guidance.

  • A dedicated support team ready to assist you in selling your work.

STEP 1: Create your Commiss.io Account

Create your account to start selling your work.

STEP 2: Create your first Listing

In order to start selling, you'll need to create your first listing. You can choose between Custom Projects and Digital Downloads.

Custom Projects allow you to sell custom artwork to your client, such as custom illustrations, renders, or music. You could even sell custom physical objects!

Digital Downloads allow you to sell premade content to your clients, such as comics, image packs, tutorials, or other resources.

Each listing type will allow you to set a title, price, category, licensing, and more. Once you're ready, you can publish your listing or save it as a draft for later.

STEP 3: Add your payment information

In order to accept payments and complete projects or sell your digital downloads, you'll need to provide us with your payment information. In order to process your payments, the information must be accurate.

Commiss.io currently supports creators from over 20 countries, and hopes to add more in the near future.

Your payment information will be stored securely with our third party payments provider, Stripe. Stripe is trusted by companies around the world to provide marketplace services for their clients. We do not retain a copy of your payment information on our servers, and access to marketplace information is extremely limited among our staff.

STEP 4: Share Your Listings

Once you've set up your account, you can share your listings using our built-in share tools to Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr. You can also share the links anywhere on the web. Your clients don't need to create a Commiss.io account to request a project or purchase a download.
